“Our scientific power has outrun our spiritual power. We have guided missiles and misguided men.”—Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“Historically, the most terrible things—war, genocide, and slavery—have resulted not from disobedience, but from obedience.”—Howard Zinn

The United States is sorely in need of a genuine people’s president and a government that is owned by its people, not by the banksters and other bloodsucking robber barons and entities of Wall Street. This reality will only be brought to fruition with the advent of complete and total systemic change. This means we must truly educate ourselves and each other—versus allowing ourselves to be brainwashed and brain dead.

As the deceitful corporate-owned Democrat and Republican parties continue to reinvent and perpetuate themselves at the expense of the legitimate needs and aspirations of everyday Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people nationally and globally; ordinary people are being increasingly and unjustly burdened with economic austerity, a burgeoning de facto police state, ongoing corporate-driven wars, and a ‘news’ media whose mainstays are omission, obfuscation, disinformation, and distraction.

Meanwhile, in the United States, the war mongering, ‘Kill List,’ master of deception, subterfuge, and double speak, Barack Obama, conspires with his corporate owners and Republicrat (i.e. Democrat and Republican party) cohorts to determine the most insidiously effective means to dismantle critical safety-net programs—such as Social Security—and in so doing, further disenfranchise senior citizens, the disabled, and the poor, etc.

Barack Obama’s bait and switch game is simple: He and his corporate owners and political cohorts (along with the pathetic and complicit corporate media) are engaging in, and will intensify, in a litany of phony rhetoric and fake political skirmishes with one another, with the objective being, in the final analysis, to dismantle Social Security, etc., and thereby disenfranchise everyday people.

Notwithstanding their rhetoric, and in view of the fact that the systemic politicians of both the Democrat and Republican parties, from the White House on down (and including the misleadership of many unions) are in fact owned by the corporate elite; these politicos will for a certainty (either covertly or overtly) serve the interests of their corporate owners—once again at the horrible expense of the economic and political needs of everyday ordinary people. These bait and switch tactics, phony rhetoric, and fake skirmishes also serve to keep ordinary people in a state of confusion, manipulation, and control—and thus, kept firmly on the systemic plantation of the symbiotically-joined Democrat and Republican parties. It is imperative to understand this for what it actually is—a callous and cynical game of manipulation, control, and disenfranchisement directed against ordinary everyday people.

Moreover, the U.S. corporate-stream media overwhelmingly and actively omits coverage and/or in-depth analysis of the (daily overt and covert) war atrocities being committed by Barack Obama, in the fallacious name of the people of this nation, against mostly ordinary people in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Palestine, Yemen, Somalia (East Africa), and Libya (North Africa), etc. Barack Obama is a war criminal and a servant of the avaricious corporate elite—who financially benefit from his wars. This is why the U.S. corporat- owned media reports little or nothing about Obama’s ongoing atrocities.

Based upon his incessant bloody actions, it is doubtful that Barack Obama has ever met a drone missile that he does not adore. Of course, the U.S. corporate-stream media also reports little or nothing about the Orwellian NDAA, ‘Kill List,’ police state that Barack Obama has ushered in. The fact is that crucial omissions, distractions, distortions, obfuscations, and outright lies are what pass today for a corporate so-called ‘news’ media in this nation of manipulated, controlled, woefully ignorant, oppressed, and terrorized people. It cannot be allowed to remain this way.

It is we, the people—the ordinary everyday people—who can and must change this horrible reality. It is time for real systemic change! It is time for the installation of a genuine everyday people’s president and government. Perhaps the people of this nation might consider setting up a parallel people’s government as opposed to the current corporate/military one whose bondage we are now under. It is time to cease giving legitimacy to the economic and political bloodsuckers and parasites who purport to act in our name. The people of this nation and throughout Mother Earth must increasingly resist and reverse the outrages being perpetrated upon us. Begin on your local level—link to the national—and grow with the global. Despite our rainbow diversities—we are ONE human family and TOGETHER we must struggle for our collective humanity! The year 2013 is almost here. Let us work to make it the EVERYDAY PEOPLE’S YEAR!

In the name of our collective humanity it is time to stop being “obedient” to this corporate-owned police state.

Remember: Each one, reach one. Each one, teach one. Onward, then, my sisters and brothers. Onward!
