We can\u2019t have it both ways simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p>This U.S. political system will not change\u00a0<em>of its own accord.<\/em>\u00a0It is WE who must change it!<\/p>\n<p>The systemic symbiotically-joined, corporate-owned Democrat and Republican parties have placed this nation, and the world, on the brink of environmental and nuclear annihilation. There comes a time when, we the everyday ordinary Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people, must take collective responsibility for this sad and insane state of affairs. There comes a time when we must\u00a0<em>act together in and for our common interests,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>stop<\/em>\u00a0allowing ourselves to be manipulated by the propaganda arm of the Democrat and Republican parties, i.e. by the corporate-stream media.<\/p>\n<p>We are either going to continue collaborating, to our own detriment and demise, with this corporate controlled U.S. Empire\u2014or we are going to, once and for all, take our destinies into our own collective hands. We cannot eat the rotten cake of this corrupt political system\u00a0<em>while simultaneously<\/em>\u00a0honestly struggling for economic justice and human rights, at home and abroad. We must stop allowing this system to pimp us and and make hypocrites of us.<\/p>\n<p>We must stop fooling ourselves in this nation. The infamous, repressive, bloody, and unscrupulous U.S. government COINTELPRO activities against U.S. citizens have now morphed into the even more horrifying extrajudicial indefinite imprisonment provision of the so-called National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2012. The\u00a0<em>two party dictatorship<\/em>\u00a0of the corporate-owned Democrat and Republican parties, combined with the \u2018Electoral College\u2019 system and so-called \u2018corporate personhood,\u2019 have made \u2018democracy\u2019 in the United States an utter sham. The horrors of COINTELPRO have been legally codified in the NDAA, which is now\u00a0<em>the law of the land.<\/em>\u00a0But so many people remain\u00a0<em>fast asleep.<\/em>\u00a0[Reference\u00a0<a title=\"Permanent Link to That was Then, This is Now: Cointelpro Today with Larry Pinkney\" href=\"http:\/\/www.infowars.com\/that-was-then-this-is-now-cointelpro-today-with-larry-pinkney\/\"><strong>That was Then, This is Now: Cointelpro Today with Larry Pinkney<\/strong><\/a>] \u2018Elections\u2019 in this nation, particularly on the federal level, are an unmitigated farce of gigantic proportions. Think about it as if your life depends on it\u2014for indeed it does!<\/p>\n<p>My brothers and sisters, we in this nation, are in very serious trouble. We can ill afford to collaborate with this two party corporate dictatorship of and by the Democrats and Republicans of the U.S. Empire. We must cease allowing ourselves to be the canon fodder of and for the Empire. We must cease allowing ourselves to be manipulated and pitted against the ordinary peoples of Africa, Asia, Europe, and the \u2018Middle East,\u2019 etc. We must take our collective destinies into our own hands, in our own common interest and that of humanity as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>It is time to consciously engage in this long and protracted struggle for real systemic change. Everyday people throughout Mother Earth are one family with many variations. If we \u201cdo not act,\u201d we do not, in the words of Rosa Luxemburg, \u201crecognize our chains.\u201d If we do not act, we fail to understand and actualize our own enormous collective human power. If we do not act, we fail to heed the words of Frederick Douglass, when he said, \u201cIf there is no struggle, there is no progress.\u201d Humanity\u2019s struggle continues and intensifies.<\/p>\n<p>We must stop allowing the bloodsucking national and global corporate\/military elite to keep us divided, manipulated, and in economic and social servitude and mired in perpetual wars. We must\u00a0<em>regain our humanity,<\/em>\u00a0and stop collaborating with Empire! Let us be mindful of the late historian Howard Zinn\u2019s words: \u201cThere has always been, and there is now, a\u00a0<strong>profound conflict of interest<\/strong>\u00a0between\u00a0<strong>the people<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>the government<\/strong>\u00a0of the United States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The choice really is ours.<\/strong>\u00a0Think about it!<\/p>\n<p>Remember: Each one, reach one. Each one, teach one. Onward, then, my sisters and brothers.
