Allen Bell<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> See law professor Angela A. Allen-Bell&#8217;s <em>specific\u00a0acknowledgements, <\/em>which include Larry Pinkney,\u00a0on the first page\u00a0in the INTRODUCTION (page 1157<em>).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2.<\/strong><\/em> Paragraph 3, on page 1167 states, &#8220;Being intellectually astute is a trait that many BPP members had upon their affiliation.\u00a0If they did not have it then, getting it was an expectation. Founding member Huey Newton had a doctorate degree,<sup>72<\/sup> &#8220;Many [members] were\u00a0voracious readers who reinvented themselves through books, often while in prison.&#8221;<sup>73<\/sup> One BPP member, Larry Pinkney, successfully self-authored\u00a0a case to the United Nations.<sup>74<\/sup> [&#8230;]&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> <em>Footnote #74,<\/em> on pages 1167 and 1168 states, &#8220;<em>See<\/em> RALPH CRANSHAW &amp; LEIF HOLMSTROM, ESSENTIAL CASES ON HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE POLICE 290-91 (2006) (discussing <em>Larry James Pinkney v.
